We are committed to providing an educational program, which caters for each child's individual needs, abilities and interests. Our program is delivered through an intentional, holistic and play-based pedagogy aligned with the EYLF.
Through the relationships we develop with children and working in partnership with families, we ensure each child's ideas, culture, knowledge, abilities and interests are the foundation of our program. We engage children in conversation, action and play, being mentors in teaching by seeking out ideas, opinions, thoughts and questions.
We empower children to take charge of their learning by encouraging them to make choices in their experiences. We guide children through activities together, emphasising a doing with approach. This philosophy is evident in our daily self-help practices. Our communal approach to care for our environment fosters not just independence, but also respect for themselves, others, and the world around them.
We value child and family input and encourage the involvement of families to gather a strong understanding of each child.

Unfortunately, child abuse statistics tell us that children and young persons are more likely to be harmed by someone they known than someone that they do know.
