Enrolment & Orientation

Early Learning Rituals welcomes tours from prospective families & children when we have availability. This includes a walk through tour of our environment, show casing who we are & time to ask questions. You will also be provided with our Family Handbook.

We are currently only taking limited tours booked directly with our Coordinator, due to limited spaces available in 2025. Please email or call for more information. 

We have temporarily disabled online tour bookings and will make them available again when we are taking enquiries for 2026. Please feel free to join our waitlist for your best chance at securing a spot. 

Once you have made the decision that you want to enrol your child with us, an application can be made by completing an Enrolment Form & our team will contact you to commence with our enrolment application process. 

We will require the following documentation: 

• A completed Enrolment Form.
• Your child’s birth certificate or identity documents .
• Your child’s Medicare number (if available)
• Certified copies of any court order, parenting orders or parenting plans.
• An immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register.
• A signed Complying Written Agreement (CWA) between yourself & Early Learning Rituals (If you are CCS Approved).

We will then send you a link to book an orientation where we will go through everything in detail, discuss availability & officially enrol your child at Early Learning Rituals.

During orientation, families will have an Enrolment Pack. We will go through this thoroughly with you to ensure both yourself & our team have all the information we require. 

Once enrolment is confirmed, an orientation plan for your child will then be organised to provide a smooth & personalised start for your child & your family.

• A non-refundable enrolment administration fee.
• Bond consisting of two (2) weeks full fees of days enrolled is required to be paid on enrolment to hold your child's position at Early Learning Rituals. 
• If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let us know and we can look to create a payment plan for the bond. This will need to be paid in full prior to your child commencing. (The bond payment is refunded to you with 2 weeks' notice & if no amount is outstanding when your child leaves Early Learning Rituals).
• Fees are deducted by Direct Debit one (1) week in arrears. 
• All payments must be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT), as per the Departments requirement.

A detailed Fee Schedule will be provided to you, outlining the specific fees applicable. 

Prior to official start date, families are strongly encouraged to schedule stay & play sessions as part of the settling process for your child & your family.

We understand that the time required for settling in will vary for each child & their family, as well as that due to time constraints or other circumstances, some families may not be able to participate in a lengthy orientation process. 

We are therefore open to flexibility and can individualise this for each family. 

We are an approved service to administer the CCS Subsidy!

Families contribute to their fees and pay the difference between the fee charged by our Service and the subsidy amount received. This is called the 'gap fee.'

Each families entitlements are specific to them, based on: 

• Income
• Activity hours
• The number of children under five you have in childcare
• Your childcare provider's hourly rate

Families who wish to receive CCS must apply, as well as confirm their enrolment through MyGov for any CCS to be applied to their fees.
